Over the past 36 hours, at least 31 Palestinians in Gaza have been killed by occupation forces.
The fatalities include numerous civilians as well as at least 15 resistance fighters from the armed wings of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the Popular Resistance Committees. At least 50 additional Palestinians were injured in airstrikes, artillery fire and ground incursions.
In addition, occupation forces killed a senior menber of Islamic Jihad near Jenin.
